Appearance: Zipporah has unnaturally red hair which is in part of her dying it that shade. It's a dark cherry color where her normal hair color is a light brown. Her eyes are a deep emerald green. She above average height, nearly 5' 10'' and is long and lanky. She carries herself with her head high, constantly, and a stance that's very intimidating. It's hard for people to approach her because of this and gives her an air of frigidity.

Character Story
Personality: If former classmates or Rebellion members were to ever be interviewed for some kind of documentary, they would say that Zipporah's personality sometimes exists as polar opposites. On the one hand, she's a rather prideful person, arrogant almost. She lets her grand visions get a hold of her and begrudgingly admits defeat. She takes defeat personally and will seek out any form of vegeance that she can. She's not very receptive to other individuals. Her stance makes her seem very intimidating and very stand-offish. It's hard for others to approach her because of this.
But at the same time, a great passion exists within her stoicism and a passion for one thing only: the magical uprising. Zipporah shows great interest in the cause of the Runespoor Rebellion, writing and publishing literature that's distributed all over the United States. She's been on the Wizarding Wireless, giving passionate speeches over the airwaves about witches and wizards laying down with Muggles and Muggleborns. She shows excitement right before a bombing or an attack, an excitement almost savage in nature.

Personal History: Zipporah was born to Micah and Ruth Adler in Baltimore, Maryland on March 29, 1961. She was the middle child out of five and the most unruly. It was clear, as she grew up and her personality developed, that she had a bad attitude. She was an all-around brat, but her parents loved her no matter what. Despite her being the middle child, she always took control of playdates and the kids in the playground. It was safe to say that kids were scared of her and Zipporah often spent her childhood alone, once she entered school. Her parents first sent her to Muggle school, her parents a little hesitant. Looking back, Zipporah's hate for Muggles and Muggleborns started with her parents, whom were always leery of the groups. Had there been a magical elementary school available in their neighborhood, they would have sent her there. They avoided their Muggle neighbors like the plague and her father even had some harsh words that she picked up.
It was safe to say that Zipporah had no friends in elementary school and this only got worse when she showed her first sign of magic at age eight. And it happened at school. The children who had witnessed it forever labeled her a freak and made her an outcast. This fermented a deep-seeded hate for Muggles in her soul, especially when she eventually got into Salem Witches Institute at the age of 12. She was sorted into the Rose Fellowship, which surprised none of her relatives; the girl's leadership skills were unmatched in the young generations in her family. Here, her strange magical skills weren't made fun of. Even though she made very few friends during her years here, Zipporah still enjoyed it. Of all her acquaintances, the only person that ever became a best friend and still is was Susanna Klein, an Ivy Fellowship student a year below her. For some reason, their personalities clicked and they fed off each other's energy. As they got older, Zipporah confided in Susanna her dislike for Muggles and was surprised to see that she shared the same view. With the Revealers in command at the Bureau, free love for Muggles was on the rise and it was suddenly "cool" to be tolerant. Zipporah and Susanna seemingly went against that grain.
After she graduated from Salem, Zipporah still kept in contact with Susanna and unfortunately a boy named Jeffrey Colton who was utterly obsessed with her friend. Zipporah moved to Washington, D.C. where she was accepted and enrolled in the auror program at the age of 18. She worked hard for three years, proving her magical skills with her wand and in silent spellcasting which was an added bonus to the auror team. The thing that bothered her about her work environment was that she was surrounded by Muggleborns. They talked about their Muggle traditions, their Muggle parents. Even worst were the quarterbloods, as she liked to call them - witches or wizards who had one Muggle parent. They were going on to create the inbred bastards whom would weaken the magical bloodline and make more squibs. What kind of community would they be then? That's what the Revealers were trying to do with all their change. They wanted the magical gene pool to die.
As more Revealers entered the Bureau, the more Zipporah couldn't stand working with them. She would have joined the Cloakers, but they were too passive aggressive for her. No, she started to get bad ideas. Unexpectedly, Zipporah quit the Bureau, having been a full-fledged auror for two years before she did. Then, she traveled to Susanna to discuss something with her and her dumb loverboy: a rebellion. They needed to get these people's attention that they weren't going to stand for these intermarriage laws nor the tolerance. After a long discussion, they formed the Runespoor Rebellion, named after the XXXX classified snake from Africa, in 1985.
For years, the Rebellion had been nothing but a thorn in the Bureau's side until recently. They finally stepped up their tactics in the summer of '94 and soon they had become a household name.
