And although the title says "The Avengers" it doesn't mean the thread is JUST about the movies.

Maybe we need a separate thread then for the movie and then for the comics. Because I honestly have no idea what anyone is talking about and the title IS misleading xD

On the thing with Antman, Wasp, Spidey - There's also Luke Cage, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver, too! I think also, depending on the run, almost every hero has been an Avenger ( Including Wolverine! ). I think in Runaways Spiderman mentions he was trying it out because of the health benefits, which could just him being sarcastic or actually telling the truth.

I really want to see the new Amazing Spiderman movie, it looks promising. I know that the first three movies do not apply to the Amazing Spiderman continuity, which is the "Avengers" movie universe that was started with Ironman. ( I think I'm right, I might be wrong. ) Kinda like how everyone forgot about the 'first' Hulk movie, my god that was terrible.

I really like the Avengers movie, it blew me away. If I had the money, I would've seen it three or four times by now.

Haha. My friend was like "There's another Hulk movie?" referring to the first one and not the 2008 one.

It's on my list of movies to own as soon as it comes out. I also want to collect all the Avengers plushies that FYE has. *__* The Captain America one is adorable (but it might be just because I'm a Captain America fan since little). Haha, but I also plan to make an entire Avengers crew, and when I saw entire I mean all generations. omg I really hope Rhodey can come out as cool as he is, but I have no hopes of making an amazing Loki because Loki...can't be as cool as he is in the movie.

I'm going to start this off as being the buzz kill, Spiderman is never going to be in an Avengers movie, and neither will any of the X-Men (which means Deadpool sadly), cause other companies own the rights to their movies, and no way are they gonna sell, or allow it. My sister did tell me at one point the people doing Spiderman and Avengers did agree to give a nod to each other by having Stark Tower being seen in the skyline of Spiderman, and Osborn Inc (I think) be seen in the skyline of Avengers, but then reality paid a visit, and given the time lines of each, it was deemed it wouldn't make sense.

Now on to the movie, if you've seen my tumblr, you'll already know that this movie has pretty much taken over my fandom life in a way. I love this movie so much, it was so amazing. The cast was perfect, though Ruffalo was my favorite. I've always been a big fan of the Hulk (hell, the reason I harbor a burning hatred only equaled by the power of a star for Eric Bana is cause he screwed up him), and his Bruce/Hulk was perfection. Also if you've seen my tumblr you know I ship Tony/Bruce so hard, like I never got some fangirls who are like 'cried, tears, pain' that sort of thing, and then Science Boyfriends happened, and I get it.

Actually Fox has collaborated with Marvel on X-Men, and First-Class was made by Marvel, end of story. SpiderMan is no longer owned by Fox either, because the new movie IS coming out and it is 100% Marvel. Also, 2013 Marvel is also making a Deadpool movie, I may be wrong on the year, which means that Deadpool is going to have his own movie and will make an appearance of sorts in the Marvel-verse of movies. Unfortunately, contracts end and Marvel is slowly getting their characters back.
