Ministers: Andris is a Minister, so perhaps a meeting with a few foreign Ministers or two would be logical enough.

Germany: Anyone who lives in Germany, Andris would like to tell you about how amazing he is. And students, tell you about how you have to "work really hard to get what you want."

MoM Workers: ANY Ministry of Magic workers, German, French, Polish, English.. I'm sure all would meet Andris at one point or another. He gets around.

Latvia: Andris is from Latvia (or the USSR), so naturally with his family in being such a high position of power, he probably knows quite a few people from Latvia.

Russia: Same as Latvia, though his family doesn't go out to Russia in influence as much, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't know the Dzenis family, and thus Andris.

Durmstrang Graduates of 1970: Andris graduated in 1970 and would know fellow graduates. It would be nice.

Arithmancy Enthusiasts: Andris enjoys different kinds of magic that don't require wands, he finds it fascinating, arithmancy is one of those topics he enjoys talking about and so that's one of them options.

I can offer up Percy here, who works directly under Cornelius Fudge (and will work directly under Rufus Scrimgeour in the coming year), so he possibly could have come across Andris at some point

First off Cornelius Fudge who is the British minister. He's about to be kicked out of office and all, but he's here. Then there's Danielle "Dani" Kerrith who works is currently an intern Auror for the British ministry.

Petya Klein works for the Bulgarian ministry and his dad is the Bulgarian minister. Perhaps they might have had a couple run-ins or something?

If he ever comes to the French ministry then he'll probably run across Rosalie Valois who is the first person most visitors see when they come to the ministry.

Two Germans in the Ministry:

Wolf Diefenbacher is a pathologist, and used to work at the Potsdam morgue... that is, until it burned down, two-three years ago. Long story short, he liked fire a bit too much for the good of everyone, so the Minister of the time decided he'd be very useful far, far away, and he works in St Mungo's, now.

Zven Roth is a psychotherapist. He's appointed by the Human Ressources Department of the Ministry. If Andris feels sad or stressed out, he might come for a session and talk to Zven, and Zven will pretend to be interested. :3

I also have two expatriated Germans (Damian Walhalla and Till Hoffmann) who are eventually coming back to the Vaterland. I don't know how they'd meet Andris, or where Andris lives, but my guys are Bavarian.

I also have a frick bunch of Poles.

Bolesław Wozniak is the Minister. He's pretty laid-back, hates formality, and quite bad in fact with being politically correct. Not sure how he'd like Andris, but wouldn't a thread with a ton of animosity be cool?

Marek Upier would be better at holding his tongue than Bo. He's a diplomat and Head Interpreter of European Languages, so he meets a ton of officials, representatives, embassadors, diplomats, ministers, you name it. He strives to please.

Itzak Upier YAY WILD CARD He's Marek's little brother, has no ambition outside of day to day having fun, so he's forever in entry-level jobs in the Magical Sports and Games Department, and every now and then, switches sections. He had a brief stint in a Quidditch career, but everyone put an end to that after a few months, since he was too much of a daredevil and was always injured.

Other thoughts, Regulus (the diplomacy/International Confed) probably won't like the fact that Reg is two inches taller. And possible Doctor Vargner.

Oh indeed I'm sure Iris and Andris would do a smashing job of it, perhaps she'd try and get useful info from him for her boss.

Its quite possible that Harris could have, as he still does tutor during the summer. He could have read one or two of Harris' published works and journals on the subject.
