This shall be my "re-introduction"!

I actually started a character here about a year or so ago, but was only able to post a couple of times ... and now she's lost to the bowels of the underworld somewhere. So I'll have to create her again at a later date because she was good fun. (^.^)

As for me, the name is Beth, but you can all call me Sprite. *bounces around making rainbows* Yes, I'm a lunatic, but you'll all get used to it. lol

I was one of the "oldbies" and originals of the WB boards, way back in the day, before it was overrun by horny teens .... *cough* Ahem. After playing there for a good few years, I finally gave it up as a lost cause and moved on. I've been in rp retirement for quite a few years.

And then one day I was found by an old friend and fellow player who, after much begging over the course of a week, convinced me to at least partially come out of retirement and play with her. And so, here I am. *doffs hat and bows*

I may or may not be around regularly, though. No guarantees on that score, I'm afraid. I lead a rather busy lifestyle with work, exercise, general day-to-day chores, and living life to it's fullest, as well as preparing to take my dusty brain back to school in a year to see if I can cram some knowledge into it. (~.^)

I'm a chatty old bird, though, so it isn't generally difficult to lure me into conversation. But getting me into rp mode .... well .... I can have some rather cantankerous characters. With the exception of Sadie who was always up for fun, mischief, mayhem and general hilarity. (^.^)

The WB Boards were the official Harry Potter forums posted by Warner Bros ever since the theatre release of the first movie. They exploded from a simple chat forum for fans into a raging rp forum for hardcore players who truly loved the books and movies (though most of us in those first years preferred the books and were forever correcting the movies). For quite a long while that was simply THE place for HP RP. And if you didn't play there, well ... you simply weren't serious about playing at all. xp

I hope you're going to like the Vault as much as you used to like the WB boards. A lot's changed, I know, but from my almost four years of being here, it's only grown in awesomeness. Speaking of awesome, I'm Damian.

Thank you for the welcome, Damian. (^.^) I have to say that thus far I'm really loving these boards. I had very little experience with them when I was on here about a year ago, but I'm glad I came back.

And alas .... I've forgotten the majority of the language. A pity, really, as I used to be a fluent speaker. (. .) I'm hoping to pick it up again with practice. I can still understand a fair bit to read it, or to hear it, but to speak or write it I'm very poor. You just have to check out my character to see that. (~.^)
