Harry was from California so his skin was used to the sunshine, even though it had gotten a little less so during his days at Salem. He would tan slightly, but not a whole lot not that it mattered to the boy a whole lot. He smiled at her response and nodded, "I am the judge. No doubt I'll see some other judges that I'll have to keep from punching," He joked, knowing that other people would find Elizabeth as stunning as he did. He knew he would get jealous in such a situation, but it was important he kept control. In times gone past, his anger had been a bit of a slight against him.

He beamed at her response that she was beginning to understand it mostly. "That's all I ask," He said to her with a grin. That she give him the time to show her that it wasn't anything bad or weird. "Soon you'll hardly even think about it," He promised. When Eliza asked her question, he frowned and then smiled. "Of course I will." He answered her with a nod. "I'll show you everything." He told her, meeting her eye and smiling.

"Oh, come on now, Harry. Who cares if they're looking? Let them enjoy the view and be jealous that they'll never get the chance to be you. They get to look, but you get to keep me at the end of the day." Eliza told him with a small smile. She wrapped an arm around him, resting her head against him as they walked. It wasn't as if she was conceited, but the girl was used to getting looks from others. She wanted to do modeling, and the main part of the job required others to look at her, so she had to be okay with it.

"You think so? I'll get used to it then?" She asked with a pondering look on her face. Magic amazed her, and she was convinced she would never not think about it. Eliza met his gaze as well, smiling gently. "Alright. Sounds like a deal to me. Another adventure of Captain Cool and Boston Babe, I think, except this time around, you actually have powers." It had been quite a while since she had used their quirky, silly nicknames, but she they seemed to fit well into the current conversation.

Harry listened to Eliza's view on what he'd said and realised she made a very good point. It was foolish of him to even think in such a manner when he knew that she loved him and that they were both completely comfortable with the fact. He also thought about the modelling thing and how it had never bothered him before, because he knew that at the end of the day Eliza would meet him when she wanted to have fun. It was simply a job and not something he ought to worry about too much. He smiled and nodded. "You're right," He answered her, smiling as she rested her head against him. "I'm above petty jealousy," He replied with a grin.

At her question about whether she would get used to magic, he nodded. "I think so. I've known magic all my life so I can only guess, but it is a natural thing to me. I think after a while it will become just as natural to you, that I can do things, you know?" He reasoned. "It just might prove difficult to keep it hidden from others, muggles like yourself, but you'll get better at it as time goes on." He grinned. Harry laughed at her finishing sentence and grinned. "Exactly. All this time Captain Cool had powers, you know. I knew fine rightly where that dinosaur section was in that museum and if I hadn't I could have magicked it," He was lying and joking at the same time. "--But I just wanted to talk to a pretty girl." He confessed cheekily.

"Good," she replied, smiling up at him. "I'm glad to know that I'm worth getting jealous over though." That was true. Eliza didn't like the idea of him being jealous really, but to know that he considered her something worth being defensive over was enough to make her happy. It was something that made most girls happy, and she wasn't an exception.

She nodded, accepting what he was telling her. "Alright. I probably will. But just don't be surprised if I stare at you with amazement every now and then." Eliza laughed, shaking out her sand-colored hair so that it framed her face. She knew that there was absolutely no way that she could tell anyone else about what she knew about Harry. She had sworn to secrecy, because it would get them both in huge trouble if she were to spread around Harry's magical background. Elizabeth turned to look at him with a questioning look when he brought up the museum. "Harry Eisen, are you being serious right now? Because if so..." She simply laughed. "This pretty girl was actually more than happy to give an attractive boy a tour around the place."

Harry laughed at her response. He knew how girls mind's worked and knew that they liked to feel wanted, but that wasn't an issue when it came to their relationship. Harry was constantly complimenting Elizabeth, to the point where he felt like he annoyed her a little, but it was all good natured. "Oh you are, don't worry about that. You think I would ship you all the way up to L.A if I didn't think you were worth me getting jealous over?" He asked playfully with a grin, although he realised it was true.

"It's not that amazing. I mean maybe for you it is, but I don't know, magic is just second nature to me." He confessed to her with a shrug. "I will show you what I can do though. I'm only allowed to use magic outside now that I've graduated school. Before we were not allowed, only at school." He explained. He loved the new freedom to do whatever magic he wanted. He laughed at her question and then how she turned it around on him. "Sure you were! You gave me a load of attitude at the beginning," He teased her with a chuckle.

Eliza laughed in response, grinning. "Excellent point. Didn't think of that before." She thought about it for a minute, realizing that it really did mean something huge for Harry to want her to move across the country and live with him. Of course, she had figured that before but she had never really stopped and thought about it fully. It made her smile, an odd sense of elation filling her, and she reached up to kiss Harry's cheek quickly while they walked. "I'm just lucky I have someone amazing enough to want to put up with me on a daily basis and share an apartment with me."

Eliza listened to his explanation of how he could now use magic outside of school. That was something she had a hard time grasping when it was first explained to her. It was just that she didn't understand how they could keep track of who was doing magic and when, as it seemed a little impossible to the girl. "Because of the... what was it called? The tracker thing or whatever?" She was talking about the Trace, of course, but terms like that were still new and unfamiliar to her mostly. "I actually think I did give you plenty of attitude. It was only because you were a brat, you know." She joked playfully, reaching up to tousle his hair a little.

Harry smiled at her admission that she hadn't quite thought about like that. He certainly had. During his time away from Eliza, he'd given the idea of the two of them living together a lot of thought. They were very young, but it was what he wanted he realised after a lot of thought. He was confident that they could make it work, even if it would be a big step for such a young couple that hardly seen one another on a regular basis up until then. He laughed at her words and shook his head. "Yeah, well you haven't seen how untidy I can be yet, so don't count yourself too lucky." He joked with a smile.

He laughed again at her butchering of the magical trace. He grinned. "The trace but yes that's what it is effectively, a tracker of magical activity. Once I'd use a spell, they'd know about it straight away." He explained in as simple terms as he could manage. He scowled as she shook his hair, even though it was always messy. "I wasn't a brat, I was playing the bad boy card." He said laughing. "And you fell for it."

"I'm afraid we're both in trouble on that part then. I can't keep something clean longer than a few hours." Eliza admitted, chuckling in her chagrin. "The only reason my room is somewhat clean right now is because I've been working on packing away all my things." This didn't trouble Eliza very much, though. She knew they'd make it work out, somehow. Even if she would have to actually learn how to organize and tidy things.

"Well, it's certainly good that you don't have that on you anymore. That would seem like such an inconvenience. If I could do magic, I swear, I would use it all the time, there would be no stopping me." Eliza told him, looking off in a bit of a daze, imagining what using magic would be like. "It just seems so... fun." She stuck her tongue out as he scowled, laughing at him. "I did fall for it. But it was my looks that drew you to me in the first place." Looking around, she realized they were literally only feet from the sandy shore of the beach. With a grin, she took his hand again and started walking forward, thinking how good everything was turning out that day.

Harry laughed as she admitted she was just as untidy as him. He shook his head as he smiled. "Somehow I thought you would be the tidy sort." He confessed with amusement. When Eliza mentioned how she had already started to pack some of her things, he was surprised. They hadn't set a date for her moving yet. "You've started to pack? What like?" He asked conversationally with a grin. "Oh and about the cleaning thing, I can just use magic." He admitted with a bit of a sheepish grin. "Before I had to do everything the muggle way."

"I can now. As long as it's not in front of muggles," He admitted with a shrug of his shoulders. "I'm allowed to tell you but no one else." He told her once again. Harry laughed as she mentioned how her looks had pulled him in. "Of course, what else? I saw that figure and I was a goner." He joked with a wink, allowing her to lead him on to the sand.

"Really? I've heard people tell me that before. I'm just not a tidy person." She shrugged. Elizabeth always figured that because she took such care with her appearance, everyone else figured that same care extended to her surroundings. Which of course was not true. "Oh, just random things that I can't bear to leave here. A couple posters, scrapbooks, the like. I figure it won't be too much longer that I have to stay here and wrap things up. A few weeks, and I should be all set to move, if that works with you." Eliza looked over at him with an envious grin. "Lucky, lucky boy. Well, we know who's handling all of the cleaning then."

"So, you literally can't tell anyone who isn't already magical? Besides me, I mean. And why is it okay to tell me, if it's that big of a secret?" Eliza was just asking the things that came to her mind. She had come to figure out that doing that was for the best, as it cleared everything up for her easily, instead of her not knowing what Harry was talking about at all. "Well, you're going to get to see this figure up close right now, if you'd hurry along. I'm not afraid to pull you into the water." She laughed, turning to look at him with a grin as she walked.

Harry had been one of those who had thought that she would be tidy due to her careful attention about her appearance. He supposed he could be wrong, and would soon find out just how wrong. He smiled and nodded as she answered his question about what she had started to pack. "Of course," He said, shaking his head in amusement. "I want you to move with me as soon as you're ready to go," He admitted with a smile. He chuckled as she designated the cleaning duties to him. It was surreal to think that he'd have an apartment to look after soon, along with Eliza. "Well if I've got cleaning, you got cooking," He teased with a laugh.

"Nope." He said shrugging his shoulders. "I dunno. It's like you can tell partners. You know like wives and stuff, I wasn't sure what would happen when I showed you, but it must be okay for girlfriends too." He was relieved for that fact. Telling her his secret had relieved so much pressure from his shoulders. Harry laughed as she promised he was about to see her figure up in personal. "Captain Cool is very excited, just so you know," He said with a laugh. Once they had neared the water, Harry reached down and freed his feet from his shoes and socks. The sand was hot on his toes, but he enjoyed the feeling. He threw them a little way across to lie on the sand.

"I can promise it won't be too long. To be honest, I'm starting to get restless here without you. I'm eager to be finished with it all and just move already," she admitted. Eliza often found herself wondering during the day what Harry was doing at that moment, and if he was wondering the same thing about her. "There are just some people I need to say goodbye to, some final loose ends to tie up around this place." She rolled her eyes and smiled when he told her she had cooking. "That's fine by me. You probably wouldn't know, but I'm pretty good at making desserts. Not to brag or anything."

"So, maybe just people in committed relationships. It makes sense." She commented, thinking about it. Whoever it was that controlled the secrecy of magic couldn't risk too many non-magical people finding out about it, especially not people in casual flings and such, who were sure to fall apart. "Boston Babe is excited as well. She gets to do what she does best." Eliza laughed, clearly referencing her love of modeling. Luckily, the girl wore sandals and all she had to do was slip them off and toss them aside. Without waiting for Harry, she shed the cover up dress she was wearing, to show a floral patterned swimsuit, with frills and everything. She rushed off towards the water, laughing. Harry could catch up to her, she figured.

Harry listened to her express her impatience to get moving sooner rather than later. Truthfully he felt the same way, but had simply not wanted to force the issue in case she felt differently. He wanted things to go well and if that meant waiting a little longer then he would do it. He did wish that the time would come quickly, when he would see her in the morning, during the day and last thing at night. It would ease his mind more than she knew. He smiled and nodded. "Well, you know as soon as you do that, we can make the move." He said, meeting her gaze and smiling. At the mention of desserts, he looked interested. "Oh, really? You know how I like a dessert or two..." He said with a chuckle.

"It does? Well yeah, I suppose it does." He said, thinking Eliza had a better grasp on it now than he did. He waited as she spoke of Boston Babe, and then shed the dress she wore. He couldn't help but grin like an idiot, his mouth slightly agape. "Boston Babe... is such a babe," He murmured, watching as she ran away from him into the water, he thanked Merlin as he chased after her. As Harry neared the water, he pulled the t-shirt from over his head and chased after her with a laugh.

Eliza didn't want to outright say it, but as restless as she was, she knew she was going to miss Salem and Massachusetts, just as she had missed Oregon when she had left there. She was going to have to say goodbye to the place for a while, and she needed just a little bit of time to do that. "Yes, we can. I'm so excited and happy that I'll get to just see you all of the time now. It's going to be wonderful, Harry, I know it."

Elizabeth caught sight of Harry's expression, and it made her grin incredibly wide. He was far more than impressed, and she could tell. As she ran into the water, and it hit her ankles, she realized how cold the water was. It made her squeal for a moment, but she knew she would get used to it after a few minutes. Moving so that the waves hit her at about calf-height, she turned and waited for Harry. "Come on then!"

He was impressed all right, but not surprised. He chased after his girlfriend and towards the water, once again thanking fortune that he had wore shorts that day. With that hot weather, the dip in the water would do them some good, and he would enjoy it. When she turned to call him once more, Harry laughed. "I'm coming!" He replied, but once he'd reached her, the coldness of the water could be felt around his ankles. This hardly bothered Harry, who as he reached a little deeper dived forward into the water completely, yelling and laughing as he splashed into the water. The coldness ran throughout his exposed body, as he stood back up from the water and stared back at Eliza. "You seem reluctant," He said mischievously, reaching out and grabbing hold of her hand he attempted to tug her into the deeper water in one motion.

Eliza watched as he dived straight into the water, not hesitating at all. It made her laugh, and she had to flinch as droplets of the cold ocean water hit her skin from his splashing around. When he pointed out her lack of diving straight in, she wanted to explain that she needed to get used to the cold, but before she could, she was being tugged into the water. Eliza might have simply moved and avoided being pulled forward, but at that moment, a rather large wave of water swept past her, making her lose her balance. The effect was her falling right into the water ungracefully, which made her erupt into a bout of giggles once she managed to sit up in the water. Her hair, now completely soaked, covered her face, so she quickly shook it out, spraying Harry with water as she did so, still laughing. "Because it's cold!" She told him, though she had managed to get used to water at that point.

When Harry tried to grab hold of Eliza, he didn't see the wave either, but it didn't knock him off his feet like it did the girl. He had to laugh hysterically as she went underneath the water, soaking her from head to toe. When she resurfaced, he was still laughing even as she sprayed him with the water from her hair. "Awww, you're a big baby!" He accused her with a laugh, reaching down to splash her with more of the water. Turning, Harry dived into the water and started to swim towards the deeper areas.

"I am not!" She whined, still laughing though. "I just don't like the cold!" Eliza tried the best she could to avoid the splash of water, but it still got her in the face, and she spluttered some. She turned to look at Harry as he swam off to the deeper parts of the water, but didn't swim out with him. The girl was a decent swimmer most of the time, but not in the ocean, where she could get swept off in a second. "Where are you going?"

"You totally are." He replied with a laugh, as he resurfaced from the water. He'd swam far enough that his head was the only part of his body above water now. He stared across at Eliza who hadn't followed him. It was tough to swim against waves, but Harry had plenty of practice from when he was a boy. "Where do you think? Atlantis!" He replied with a laugh. Harry smiled and gestured for her to come to him. "Come on!" He called her, hoping she'd oblige. "I promise to not let you drown." He added, having to shout so she could hear him.

Eliza rolled her eyes and laughed as Harry declared he was going to Atlantis. Still, she was very hesitant about swimming out any further than where her feet could touch the ground. "I swear, Harry, if anything happens..." She had to yell as well, just to make her voice heard. She started to swim, having to work against the waves, something she certainly wasn't used to. It took her some time, but finally she reached the spot where Harry was, bobbing alongside him in the water.

Harry laughed as she threatened him with an unknown threat, but then started to do as he'd asked and swim out towards him. Obviously Harry wouldn't do it if he didn't think she was going to be okay. He was surprised how good a swimmer she was, but could tell she was still hesitant as she reached him. Harry's head was bobbing up and down as he tried to stay above water. He laughed and smiled at her, reaching out under the water to take hold of her hands. He grinned devilishly. "Ready to go find the lost island of Atlantis, Boston Babe?" He asked laughing.

Eliza definitely did not like being out in deep waters. They weren't that far out from the shore, but they were far enough out to make the girl a little nervous. She held onto Harry's hands perhaps a little tighter than she would have normally as she floated in front of him. Eliza raised an eyebrow at his grin, smiling back a little. "No, not exactly, Captain Cool. But as long as long as this adventure doesn't end up killing us both... lead the way."

Harry could tell she was a little worried about being out so far, so he wasn't going to venture any further. He smiled as she smiled nervously back at him. "You're okay. I'm not going to let you drown." He promised her with a grin. He laughed at her response. "Boston Babe, I am disappointed. You are supposed to be my fearless partner." He joked with a grin. Harry glanced around him to make sure no one was near them. He then dug a hand into his shorts, unzipped the pockets and pulled out his wand. He grinned. "Wanna see something cool?" He asked, before pointing at an area of the water nearby. With a small flick and a murmured spell, the water burst into life and suddenly became a wave that grew tall and splashed a couple of muggle boys floating a fair bit off. He laughed, and quickly hid the wand under water again.

Eliza nodded. She knew Harry wouldn't let anything happen to her, not if he could help it. She trusted him enough to feel more comfortable out in the water. "What can I say?" Eliza laughed at the comment about her being a fearless partner. "Every hero has their weakness." The joking was sure to make her at ease. She watched as a large wave of water crashed on a group of swimmers, laughing loudly as it took them off guard. The things that magic could do constantly surprised her, she found, and she was always wondering what else Harry could do with his abilities. "Captain Cool, are waves all that you can do? What other tricks have you got?"

Harry trusted his own swimming ability enough that he knew they were fine. He also had his wand with him, which meant they were in very little danger but he understood Eliza's discomfort. He smiled reassuringly as she answered his words. He chuckled and shook his soaked mop of hair. "I suppose you are right and apparently yours is deep waters." He replied with a smile. Harry was pleased when she laughed at his little show of magic. "Oooh a challenge," He replied at her question, laughing and raising the wand from above the water again. "What do you want to see?" He asked, wanting to amaze and entertain her now.
