When will Face claim be back up?

I noticed that the face claim is under work and I was wondering when you guys think it will be up and running again so I claim the face for this character.

There is no set date when the face claim will be back up, or even if it will be back up at all. We are still trying to work out a better way to deal with the system, so for now feel free to use any person you want as your play-by, though at least try not to use one that somebody else has.
