A couple of questions about creatures...

Okay, so I have a couple of questions. Firstly, is it possible to play a Hag? I was thinking no, as there isn't a tag. Also, can you be a comination of creatures? Like, a werewolf who was turned into a vampire? Or a werewolf veela?
