Also, in some areas the V of Vault713 in the URL is capitalized... and sometimes it's not. I guess that's not really an issue, but it's just odd.

Thanks Glen - this one was already under "Known Errors" though - what you're looking at is the breadcrumb navigation. ;)

It was fixed, now its not fixed, but we're working on it.

Hey, there's a problem with the facebook fan page not showing up for me. As you probably know, I use Safari.



Apparently, for others it loads right away, but after a considerable wait still nothing shows up for me.

I am pretty sure this is a safari issue, but we will have to wait and see until someone else with safari can test it.

If you can go to mandarific.com and tell me if the facebook fan thing loads in the sidebar there, it would help.

Then it's a safari issue and I genuinely am not sure how to help you aside from using another browser. :)

I don't know if it's just my laptop and my mum's computer, but none of the images for my trinkets seem to work. I either get a broken picture box when I'm on Google chrome, or just the word "image" when I use IE or fire fox

Hi Michelle, just to say I've checked your post, yes as I thought your using links that direct to the slytherin dorms url, this no longer exists, which is why they don't work. You need to change them to the vault713.com address in order for them to show up.

I use safari and it worked for me.

That's weird. :/

I'm using the latest version of Safari, and I've tried when I'm logged in and out of facebook.... I've emptied my cookies and cache... >.< Nothing seems to work.

This could also be an issue with your java or flash, not entirely sure which one is in use with the facebook app since it just gives me a shortened code to display, but I digress. :)

It just shows the latest feed from our facebook fanpage, however, so if you're a fan of us on facebook the information may seem redundant anyway.

Yes, I think it is a problem with the flash, since I have the ClicktoFlash plugin installed... okay, so the problem's figured out, but I think the plugin's more handy than the facebook thing so I'll go without for now. :D

The main chatbox area doesn't seem to work for me. Instead of showing me the chat rooms I should be able to enter it's just completely black. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in and all that stuff. It's been like this for like two days now.

I am pretty sure this is a loading issue with your browser timing out. Try updating your browser software and/or all your java type plugins?

Well... I tried to fix it but somehow made things way worse in the process. The big picture/title thing that's usually at the top of the page is now gone, and the little chat bar that's normally at the bottom is completely gone now. Not really sure how this happened, but yeah.

Unfortunately Kael I think the problem lies with your computer, and there is little that Mal can suggest, there might be something blocking showing pop ups on your site, or it could just be the browser your using.

I have no idea why, but all of a sudden chat freezes, then Vault, and then when I re-load it, it looks like this:

This has now happened twice, and not only to me, apparently, also to Mercedes Birchwood, who I was chatting with at both times it happened.

It's not a major fault and we are aware of it, it's just something that happens every now and then when a high number of people try to access the site at once. If it happens just have to sit back and come back a little later, usually only lasts a few minutes, sometimes longer.
