I notice two question at the bottom. I am thinking about magical creature in the founder era. Do I still answer question at the bottom about this person having magic and stuff?

If those questions don't apply, you can simply answer them with 'N/A'. We look forward to seeing your magical creature, and be sure to read up about them in the Character Types page as some species have a couple of extra points to include in the sheet.
